Typical turnaround time for add-on approval / Partner Preview? (AU-based add-on)

Hi team, I’ve submitted my first add-on for review and can’t find a documented SLA anywhere. Roughly how long does the initial review typically take before an add-on is approved for Partner Preview (or rejected with feedback)? And once in Partner Preview, is there a typical duration before public release, or is that solely based on no issues being raised? Thanks!

Hi Robert,

There isn’t a fixed documented SLA for add-on review, so approval or feedback timing can vary by the current review queue, submission complexity, and testing required.

As a rough guide, reviews can range from a few business days to several weeks, depending on those factors.

The documented flow is that once you submit your app/add-on for approval, it’s assessed and either approved for Partner Preview or rejected with feedback.

Partner Preview means we release the app to our partner network and helpdesk team so they can up-skill and get familiar before public availability.

Partner Preview commonly runs around 1 to 2 weeks, but that’s not a guaranteed timeframe, and public release depends on no issues arising during the Partner Preview release.
