Addon function became invalid after submission

I have an addon app that i submitted to the marketplace for review, but less than 24 hours after that the addon now say that the function is invalid? It has been tested for weeks and copying and pasting the code into a new placeholder app makes the code work again. there was no information or feedback regarding a breaking or invalid function, it just randomly went from valid to invalid after submission for review.

Hi Hayden,

The documented Add-on Store flow is to test your app using the Private Add-on Install URL, submit it from your ServiceM8 Developer account, then have it assessed and either approved for Partner Preview or rejected with feedback.

Because you’re seeing the function become invalid after submission, and the same code works in another placeholder app, this is likely something we’ll need to check against the specific submitted add-on rather than troubleshoot publicly.

One quick thing worth checking first is the manifest event value, as ServiceM8 invokes the event name in lower case and using lower-case event names avoids confusion.

If it still shows invalid after that, send the add-on name or developer add-on UUID and a screenshot of the invalid message to support@servicem8.com so we can investigate it privately.

Thanks,
Cody
