Have been directed here by ServiceM8 support who cannot find this data in the API. Notes are no problem, we can list/add/edit all of them, but it is a mystery as to where the SMS and Email records are kept. initially they told us to use the endpoint GET /job/{job_uuid}/diary, but that only returns job data, then they said to use GET /jobactivity.json?job_uuid={job_uuid} but that doesn’t return SMS and/or Emails, then they said to see the reference page https://developer.servicem8.com/docs/api/jobactivity which doesn’t exist ! (404 error), then to use the page https://developer.servicem8.com/reference/getjobactivities, but that doesn’t return any SMS or Email records either. At every step, they said they escalated the problems, but here we are, no wiser a week later.
Hopefully this gets to someone in ServiceM8 who can solve the issue !
