am looking on how we can set-up a test database for ServiceM8 - i don’t like the fact that when you want to try something new it is done in the live database, this leaves room for problems. I keep getting told by support to sign up for a trial version, but that becomes a pain when your trial period runs out and then you sign up for a new one and you then have to load in data again.
Also when you do need to set-up a trial version is there a way you can export jobs from the live database and allow for import into the trial or test system.
Anyone know of a way that messages can pop up, for example on a client account that is overdue on payment - “Please note this customer is overdue on payments, please advise the customer.”
