SM8 phone recording

ServiceM8 retains call recordings for the duration of the account life. For GDPR reasons this isn’t acceptable. Anyone know of a way to mass delete them as servicem8 only allows one by one deletion, which is crazy. Automation in n8n perhaps? I cant see how to target the correct point.

ServiceM8 Phone Call History (including recordings) doesn’t currently support bulk export, CSV export, or API access, so an automation tool like n8n won’t be able to target call recordings via the ServiceM8 API for bulk deletion.

What you can do in the meantime is use the date-range filter in Call History (Settings → ServiceM8 Phone → View Call History) to narrow down the calls you’re working through.
