ServiceM8 Connector Not Available in ChatGPT

Hi Support Team,

I’ve noticed that the ServiceM8 connector is no longer available in ChatGPT.

We were planning to use this integration, but it doesn’t appear as an option anymore. Could you please confirm whether it has been removed or if there is an issue on my account?

If it has been discontinued, are there any alternative integration options you would recommend?

I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this.

Hi Christine,

ServiceM8’s ChatGPT integration uses MCP (Model Context Protocol) and is connected from inside ChatGPT via its Connectors feature.

In ChatGPT, you can set it up again by going to Settings > Connectors > Create, then creating a connector with MCP Server URL set to https://go.servicem8.com/mcp and Authentication set to OAuth.

After it’s authorised, start a new chat, click the + icon, choose Use Connectors, and switch the ServiceM8 connector On.

Once connected, ChatGPT can do a limited set of actions like searching/listing jobs and clients, adding a job note, and creating a job from a Job Template.

If you need an alternative integration approach, we do have an open API for custom integrations, and integrations can authenticate with ServiceM8 using API keys or OAuth 2.0.

For no-code or low-code options, ServiceM8 can also be connected to automation tools like n8n or Zapier.

If the Connectors option or the ServiceM8 authorisation screen still isn’t appearing after the steps above, get in touch with our Support team from inside ServiceM8 (Home tab > Help > Contact Support Team) so we can take a closer look at what’s happening on your account.

Thanks,
Cody
