I want to trigger network requests from outside the Online Dashboard (e.g. from a mobile workflow). If not currently supported, is it on the roadmap?

At the moment, Network Requests are created and sent from the Online Dashboard, from within a job card (open the job card in the Online Dashboard, then click Share to open the “Send Network Request” window).
If you’re aiming for a mobile-first workflow, the mobile option today is on the subcontractor side: we recommend subcontractors join the ServiceM8 Network so they can access Network Requests from their iOS or Android mobile device.
If you’d like the ability to trigger Network Requests from outside the Online Dashboard (for example via a mobile workflow), the best path is to send it in as a feature suggestion to support@servicem8.com (or via the Help Center), with the details of the workflow you’re trying to achieve.
