I want to show feedback on my facebook page. I was using XZapier but that requires me to configure ServiceM8 to send feedback data to the webhook URL that Zapier provides. I am not able to see this option in automations.

ServiceM8’s built-in Customer Feedback Automation is designed to send feedback requests to customers via email and/or SMS after they’ve paid, rather than sending feedback data out to a webhook URL.
If what you want is for happy customers to leave reviews on your Facebook page, you can do that by adding your Facebook review link under Settings > Feedback.
- When a customer leaves positive feedback, ServiceM8 can prompt them to leave a review on Google or Facebook (depending on what links you’ve set).
- If you’ve set a Facebook review link only, customers who leave a 4-star review or higher will be directed to a thank you page offering them to also leave a review on your Facebook page.
- If you set a Google review link, all automated feedback requests (and the {feedback} link in templates) will direct customers straight to Google.
If you’re specifically trying to send review/feedback data into Zapier, that isn’t configured inside Automations. Instead, it’s done via API webhooks by subscribing to events like job.review_received and setting Zapier’s webhook URL as your callback_url.
