Is there a reason ServiceM8 only accepts credit/debit cards for subscriptions?
Our business doesn’t use a company credit card, and we’d much prefer to have our subscription paid directly from our business bank account. It seems strange that such a business-focused platform doesn’t offer direct debit as an alternative payment method.
I’d love to hear from the developers whether this is something that’s been considered or is on the roadmap. I can’t imagine we’re the only business that would prefer direct debit over keeping a card on file.
