Hi Matt,
If you’re looking to connect a CMS to ServiceM8, you can build it as either a private integration using an API Key, or a public integration/add-on using OAuth 2.0.
API usage is rate-limited at 180 requests per minute and 20,000 requests per day, and throttling is applied per application and per account.
Some API actions can incur account charges, for example sending SMS (publish_sms) or creating jobs (create_jobs).
If you want to charge ServiceM8 users for the integration as an add-on, you can set a monthly fee and we can automatically charge customers as part of their ServiceM8 bill, with a 90% to you / 10% to ServiceM8 revenue share.
For the build cost of the CMS integration itself, our Developer Partners are independent consultants who charge for their services to develop custom ServiceM8 integrations or add-ons.
Reply with the CMS you’re using and what you want to sync.
Thanks,
Cody
