I’m using the Messaging API (`POST /platform_service_email`) to send job emails from an add-on, and I can’t find a way to send a single message to **multiple recipients**.

The [reference](https://developer.servicem8.com/reference/send_email) types `to` and `cc` as a single string (`format: email`) and shows only single-recipient examples. I tried every form I could think of for `to`, and each is rejected with **“Email To address is not valid”** (and the same for `cc` → “Email CC address is not valid”):

- Comma-separated: `"a@x.com, b@y.com"`
- Comma with no spaces: `"a@x.com,b@y.com"`
- JSON array: `["a@x.com","b@y.com"]`

So it appears `to` and `cc` each accept exactly one address, capping a message at one To + one Cc.

However, the ServiceM8 **app itself** clearly sends group emails — when I do that, the resulting email record comes back with several addresses in `to` (e.g. `to_email: ["``a@x.com``","``b@y.com``","``c@z.com``"]`), all sent through the `messaging-service@post.servicem8.com` relay. So multi-recipient sending exists on the platform; I just can’t reproduce it via the API.

Questions:

1. Is there a supported way to send one email to multiple recipients via `platform_service_email` (a specific delimiter, a repeated field, a `bcc`, or a different field/endpoint)?
2. If not, is multi-recipient send on the roadmap, or is single-recipient the intended limit for add-ons?

For now I’m working around it by fanning out — sending one message per recipient — but that creates a separate email per person rather than one shared thread. Any guidance appreciated.
