# Photos converting to AVIF instead of jpeg

when I create a zip file, recently the photos are saved as an AVIF file instead of a Jpeg. I have tried to convert it back to automatically save as a jpeg but have had not luck. This has caused a great deal of work and time to try and rectify. My clients are now complaining as well.

Can you please help by reverting back to what it previously was. This is now urgent.
