Hi Darren, I think it will be brilliant. Are we able to get it to allow update job description as a tool. Eg. Sweep tomorrow’s jobs, check to make sure notes and customer correspondence lines up with what the job description says. If not offer to update job description instead of a job note. As staff generally look at their day in the schedule on the phone and read the job description without actually going into the job and into the notes. Or for example attend site to diagnose is in the job description, the team have been out diagnosed and ordered a part but admin have forgotten to update the job description and the tech goes out there with nothing to diagnose. Don’t get me wrong, techs should read the notes before attending and admin should update the job description but it does happen. 🤦‍♂️ ---

Hey Darren, Office agent worked for about 2 days. It’s since stopped working, unless I upgrade to pay $50 a month for it. I’ve queried with support who have advised they “don’t know” if partners can have free access to office agent and that I shouldn’t assume that. I don’t have use for it in my business, but need to be able to try and test solutions for myself before advising clients and it’d be great to demonstrate with clients onsite. Thoughts?
