begins a navigation in Google Maps to:

However, clicking “view address on map” after hitting the information icon in the top right of the job view takes me to the correct address in Google Maps.
In ServiceM8 Lite for Android, tapping Navigate to Job opens Google Maps for turn-by-turn navigation, and the job needs to have a valid address entered for Navigate to work.
A good first thing to check is how the job address was saved: when entering a job address, ServiceM8 suggests addresses as you type, and for the best experience you’ll want to confirm and select a suggested address from the dropdown.
It’s also worth confirming the job address is matched to the corresponding geocoded location suggested in the job card when saving, because that location is used in ServiceM8 map interfaces and it’s ultimately where the relevant staff member will navigate to on the day of the booking.
As you’ve found, you can also tap the green info icon on the top right of the job card to view the job address on a map before starting, or navigating to, a job.
