Since the 22 September update our REST API (api\_1.0) integration gets frequent 429 responses (“Number of allowed API requests per minute exceeded”) on jobcontact.json, job/{uuid}.json, staff.json, inboxmessage.json and jobmaterial.json. We average about 70 requests per minute and still see 429s at times when we’re sending about 40, so we think the limit changed or something else on the account shares it.

1. What is the current per-minute limit, and is it per account, per API credential or per add-on?
2. Did the update change the limit or how it’s counted?
3. Is there a response header with remaining quota or a reset time, so we can pace requests instead of retrying?
4. Is there a way to see which credentials or add-ons use the most requests on an account?

Thanks!
